Evaluate business processes specific to hospitality and resort facilities management and recommend appropriate Maximo workflows and configurations. Identify and document areas where business requirements can be met within the existing platform, and where workarounds, configuration changes, or additional modules may be needed. Work directly with a large, diverse group of business stakeholders across facility operations to gather input, validate findings, and communicate recommendations. Support change management activities by helping business leaders understand system capabilities and build confidence in the technology solution. Collaborate with the existing IBM Platinum Partner implementation team to assess technical feasibility of proposed solutions. Deliver clear, structured documentation including findings, recommendations, and a roadmap for gap remediation. Required Qualifications Maximo & Technical Expertise Demonstrated hands-on experience as a Maximo Functional SME, with specific expertise in IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS) Saa S. Strong understanding of Maximo modules applicable to Maintenance, Utilities, and Facilities Management. Experience performing functional GAP analysis in enterprise asset management (EAM) or similar implementations. Ability to interpret Maximo licensing structures and advise clients on options and optimization. Familiarity working alongside IBM Platinum Partners or within IBM-led implementations is a plus. Industry & Domain Experience Background in the hospitality industry – hotel, resort, or integrated entertainment/facilities environment strongly preferred. This position owns both Demand Planning (DP) and Supply Chain (SC), ensuring seamless integration between forecasting, inventory management, warehouse operations, transportation, and network optimization.<br>The role is responsible for maximizing product availability while optimizing inventory, transportation costs, working capital, and overall profitability.
