<p>Overview of the Role</p><p>We are looking for a <b>Manager – Process & Compliance</b> to support the finance transformation agenda across Al-Futtaim Automotive’s UAE and overseas operations.</p><p>In this role, you will work closely with Finance, IT, and business teams to support ERP enhancements, strengthen process governance, improve system adoption, and drive better controls across automotive business operations.</p><p>The successful candidate will bring a strong finance process background, ERP understanding, analytical thinking, and the ability to work confidently with multiple stakeholders in a fast-moving environment.</p><p>What You Will Do</p><ul><li>Support the implementation and enhancement of ERP systems from a finance process and compliance perspective.</li><li>Partner with IT and business teams to identify, design, and execute system improvements.</li><li>Drive smooth delivery of system upgrades, enhancements, and process changes with minimal disruption to business operations.</li><li>Build strong process knowledge across automotive operations including new vehicles, used vehicles, parts, service, rental, leasing, finance integration, treasury, tax, and reporting.</li><li>Review current business processes and recommend improvements that increase efficiency, reduce cost, and improve service delivery.</li><li>Ensure business processes and systems comply with internal policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory requirements.</li><li>Develop exception management dashboards and early warning reports using analytics tools to identify process risks and business exceptions.</li></ul><p>Required Skills to Be Successful</p><ul><li>Strong understanding of finance operating systems, ERP processes, and business process controls.</li><li>Analytical and process-oriented mindset with the ability to identify risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities.</li><li>Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across Finance, IT, and business teams.</li><li>Good communication and documentation skills with confidence in explaining process and system requirements clearly.</li></ul><p><br></p> </div><h2 class="h5">Skills</h2>

Conduct the Fit Session of Development /Fit & PP Sample / Dress forms with designer, buyer & merchandiser and ensuring amendments. Checking lab reports of each individual style and give approval & conclusion based on result. Factory Audits: To do factory audits for new vendors before starting the operations with them and random factory audits of existing vendors periodically. Facilitating periodic review of PP meeting report, providing guidance to QA Team while ensuring quality for incoming products from all vendors. Interfacing with QA and Vendor for addressing technical queries and keeping a check on customer feedback while ensuring customer complaints level to be reduced to below 1%. Communicating technical requirements and changes to internal teams during collection pre-production stage Administering accurate management of software admin and data input – fit, construction comments and size charts Facilitating ongoing review & development of quality lead construction standards. Contributing to developing technical team ways of working and supporting business in more efficient processes Determining management of risk attributes within garments while organizing fit meetings to achieve required critical path. SOP Operation: Creating complete process from Design to Dispatch to troubleshoot operational flaws and minimize lead time & cost. Vendor Analysis: To analyse and rate vendor performance on various quality parameters and production efficiency. Manage workload in an organized manner and maintain a central filing system which interlinks with other members of the team. Identifying opportunities to improve technical performance of product area through simplified ways of working. Taking care of employee performance development reviews and a personal development plan Improving the customer proposition through the implementation of a gated development process.
