KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:Description Key Performance Indicators Non-Operated Assets Business Planning and Budgeting Preparation of Non-Operated Assets 5-Year annual plan by:a) Gathering information, assumptions, building templates & providing deliverables,b) Working on financial models,c) Present and justify to Senior Manager, Finance NOA on Non-Operated Assets budget. Preparation of consolidated reports, Plan-on-Plan analysis, presentations as required by Senior Manager, Finance NOA. Upload business plan inputs into Jedox System for each Non-Operated Assets.<br>Monthly / Quarterly Performance Reporting Analyse monthly reports received from assets. Perform monthly non-operated asset accounting based on joint interest billings received from the operator (in line with IFRS). Prepare monthly forecast report for Non-Operated Assets with variance analysis & provide commentaries. Upload forecast into Jedox System for each asset. Prepare monthly cash forecast based on financial requirement for all assets. Prepare quarterly impairment assessment. Prepare quarterly review of Balance Sheet exposures. Prepare annual slow moving inventory provision assessment. Review customer/vendor invoices and general ledger for maintaining the integrity of financial information. Accurately record financial transactions in the accounting system, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments (includes actual transaction and accruals and prepayments). Prepare accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, in compliance with accounting standards (JIBs, JEDOX/FCCS reports and statutory financial statements).<br>Asset Management Support Support Asset Management Team in investment analysis and any ad-hoc requests, which will include understanding economic models prepared by consultants/in-house modelling team. Attend Asset Management meetings as and when required. Provide support for Assets Quarterly Reviews. Prepare the financial analysis relevant for seeking delegation of authority approvals.<br>Internal / Shareholder / Accounting and Statutory Audits Support Internal Audit and Shareholder Audit Teams in planning and executing audits relating to Non-Operated assets. Prepare general ledger journal entries for Non-Operated assets. Monitor implementation of post-audit action plans. Coordinate with the Assets’ Finance Team to provide financial information required for quarterly/year-end statutory audits. Prepare accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, in compliance with accounting standards (JIBs, JEDOX/FCCS reports and statutory financial statements). Managing signed Financial Statements submission to Shareholders and or Lenders<br>Tax Compliance Support the financial and tax compliance team based on laws and regulations applicable to the respective asset. Oversee and ensure accurate & timely reporting of Israel tax compliance activities including but not limited to calculations of tax<br>5. FRAMEWORKS, BOUNDARIES, & DECISION-MAKING AUTHORITY:Scope Financial, economic and commercial aspects of Non-Operated Assets Management. Continuous support to Senior Manager, Finance NOA. Challenges Preservation of value and growth of Non-Operated Assets for Mubadala Energy through carefully analyzed investment decisions and performance management. Effective operations of Joint Venture assets through the JV, Partner and internal coordination, driving Mubadala Energy agenda and objectives. Balance between strategic value of Non-Operated Assets business and its commercial benefits for Mubadala Energy. Decision Making:No direct decision making but information is provided to management to assist in decision making.<br>6. COMMUNICATIONS & WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:Internal: Finance teams of Mubadala/Mubadala Energy, Functional Heads in the head office, Systems team. External: Finance teams of Joint Ventures/Assets, Consultants, external consultants, and auditors.<br>7. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:Knowledge:Good knowledge and hands-on experience of IFRS for Oil and Gas Sector (including Petroleum Fiscal regimes, Economic analysis and Joint Ventures Reporting essential). Information systems knowledge (Jedox, Oracle and Hyperion) preferred. The incumbent should be a finance professional (ACA, CPA, CIMA or equivalent) with a minimum of 5 years’ post-qualification experience. Knowledge of IFRS, Management Information/Reporting and budgeting processes in a reputed oil and gas company/oil and gas division of a Big 4 Audit firm is preferred. Financial analysis, Financial controls and Reporting processes. Excellent command on MS Office suite (especially MS Word, Excel and Power Point). Experience in use of Think-Cell will be an added advantage.<br>Experience:8-10 years of progressive work experience in IFRS and Accounting. <p>JOB PURPOSE:
Reporting into the Country Manager, the Service Manager will lead a team of Service Engineers to ensure operational, technical and financial performance targets are met for their assigned depot.
This will include service improvement and any associated financial budgetary oversight while constantly seeking improvements to drive operational excellence. In this highly autonomous role, he will also develop and implement plans to ensure that projects and repairs are delivered on time and within the specified budget.
The Service Manager will also play an active part in strengthening our existing customer relationships by providing expert advice and servicing their customers to an extremely high standard. He will also support the wider business teams by identifying opportunities for additional, repeat or new business.
This is a hands-on role, working on a variety of powered access equipment working on site and off site. It is based in the depot but will also require travel to sites when required.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintenance Operations
• Manage the operational technical service functions across the assigned geographical region to ensure project plans and timescales are met
• Drive, implement the operational excellence (Tech-X) programme to ensure continual improvements throughout the Engineering department
• Monitor operational and financial data and review against agreed forecasts and targets
• Implement technical strategy to deliver the high-quality fleet reliability and service to our customers
• Produce monthly service schedule and organise workload of engineers to ensure all work is completed in accordance within agreed timescales
• Identify, plan, procure and logistically manage the fleet, tools and materials to service demand
• Maintain fleet performance and appearance as per manufacturer and company guidelines
• Produce month-end reports and analysis such as machine reliability, breakdown and performance and inspection for senior management review. Provide recommendations for improvements where necessary
• Ensure pre-delivery inspections (PDI) of each machine is carried out at depot or on site as required, and is in conformance with manufacturers specification and company policy Lead the required activity to customer breakdowns to ensure prompt and considered response to the despatch of mobile service engineers
• Establish safety and security procedures. Ensures that all health and safety legislation is adhered to
Team Management
• Support the Country Manager with recruitment and selection of engineering staff
• Day-to-day service management of the technical service teams
• Ensure performance of all staff achieves agreed objectives
• Identify training and development needs of service engineer staff and provide training and development in line with achievement of individual, depot and corporate objectives

Manage the Preference Centre and customer profile enrichment strategy, driving data capture that supports personalization, segmentation, and long-term lifecycle value. Apply data and insights (including propensity outputs and testing learnings) to optimize targeting, messaging, and cadence. Apply AI-enabled capabilities and data-driven insights (e.g. propensity scores, audience recommendations, send-time optimization, content variants) to improve targeting, relevance, and conversion, in line with agreed frameworks. Support testing and optimization of strategic use cases, contributing learnings and performance insights to inform lifecycle strategy evolution. Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Digital, Loyalty, E-commerce, and Technology teams to support aligned acquisition delivery. Ensure governance and compliance, adhering to brand standards, data privacy, and operational processes across all acquisition activity. Manage and support officers and contractors, ensuring clear priorities, quality delivery, and operational consistency. Own weekly acquisition reporting and performance analysis, delivering clear insights on funnel performance, conversion rates, and early value metrics. <br><br>Qualifications<br><br>Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 5 years of experience in CRM marketing, digital marketing, or customer acquisition roles, ideally within airline, travel, or e-commerce environments. Hands-on experience delivering CRM acquisition or onboarding campaigns across email, push notifications, or similar channels. Strong understanding of CRM segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle marketing principles. Strong marketing acumen and commercial mindset, with the ability to translate acquisition and onboarding objectives into persuasive, customer-centric messaging that motivates guests to engage, opt in, and convert. Proven ability to write and design compelling CRM campaigns, with strong copywriting skills and a clear eye for layout, hierarchy, and visual storytelling across CRM channels. Experience monitoring and optimizing campaign performance using engagement and conversion metrics. Technical understanding and experience with CRM platforms such as Adobe Campaign Manager, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, or similar tools. Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated ability to operate in fast-paced, high-volume CRM environments, managing multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining accuracy, relevance, and a strong customer experience.
