This position is tasked with planning, creating, and managing engaging content that supports key business objectives for our client based Abu Dhabi- which is one of the largest companies in the region.<br>This position is a contract role with an initial duration of 12 Months and is renewable.<br>Key responsibilities: Social Media Strategy & Execution Develop and implement an organisation-wide social media strategy in alignment with corporate communication objectives Manage daily content publishing and scheduling across multiple platforms, including Linked In and You Tube, and other channels such as Instagram and Tik Tok Ensure consistent messaging and brand voice <br>Content Creation & Storytelling Produce high-quality posts, videos, infographics, and visual content with support from the in-house creative team, while upholding high standards of accuracy and compliance, especially for operational and technical content Translate complex operational and technical topics into engaging, accessible stories for digital audiences Capture on-site content across business locations, events, campaigns, and activations<br>Cross-Functional Collaboration & Campaigns Collaborate with Operations, HR, Digital, HSE and Commercial teams to highlight key achievements and milestones Support and execute organisation-wide campaigns, including sustainability, safety, innovation, and talent branding Coordinate with in-house branding team and external agencies for creative production and paid media campaigns Analytics & Performance Optimisation Track and analyze KPIs such as engagement, reach, impressions, follower growth, and sentiment Utilise analytics tools to optimize content performance and refine audience targeting Prepare monthly dashboards and insights reports for leadership and stakeholders Community Management Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and stakeholder interactions across all social platforms Build and nurture relationships with relevant influencers, industry partners, and community groups Manage crisis communication protocols and reputation management on digital channels<br>Knowledge, skills & experience:Social media management platforms (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, Linked In Analytics) (Advanced) Content creation including creative concepts and copywriting Analytics and reporting Digital campaign execution Video editing, graphic design Community management tools <br>Availability:Preference will be given to candidates available immediately or a maximum 30 days after accepting the offer<br>We are looking for a candidate who will be able to work in United Arab Emirates.
