Hiring: Site Engineer (Civil) — Villa Construction & Renovation, Dubai <br>We're a new contracting company working on ultra luxury villa renovations and new builds in Dubai, and we're looking for a hands-on Site Engineer to be our full-time presence on site. <br>What you'll do: Run the site day to day — supervising contractors and flagging issues for attention. <br>Book and attend Trakhees/Dubai Municipality inspections and manage NOCs and permits. Keep daily site records and report directly to the owner.<br> What we're looking for: BSc in Civil Engineering (attested or attestable — this is essential, as you'll be registered as our company engineer). <br>SOE Card: Active membership with the UAE Society of Engineers via Nawras. 3–6 years' experience, with UAE villa or low-rise experience strongly preferred.
