<h2 class="h5">وصف الوظيفة</h2> <div class="t-break" data-jb-field="description"> ملخص الوظيفة يشرف المهندس التقني الميكانيكي على جداول عمل رسامي الميكانيكا، والتحقق من رسومات الورشة الميكانيكية والتقديمات الفنية الفرعية والتدقيق فيها. مسؤوليات العمل 1 ضمان أن رسومات الورشة للمجال تتم بطلب التصميمات ذات الصلة والمواصفات والتفاصيل بالتنسيق مع كل التخصصات الأخرى. التأكد من أن جداول تقديم الرسومات متوافقة مع الجدول المستهدف وبأعلى جودة. التأكد من تنفيذ رسومات الورشة وفقاً للجهات المحلية التي لها الاختصاص على نطاق عمل التخصص أي الصحة والسلامة وجميع المعايير المعمول بها في المشروع مثل QCS2014 ومواصفات المشروع. الحفاظ على التزام السياسات والإجراءات الخاصة بالشركة المعنية. التأكد من رضا العميل والمستشار والمقاول الرئيسي ومدير مشروع الميكانيك والكهرباء والسباكة (MEP) دائماً. إرشاد المهندسين/الرسامين الفنيين خلال إدارة أنشطة العمل طوال مدة مرحلة الهندسة للمشروع. تعيين أهداف محددة لمختلف أنشطة العمل. خطة وتوزيع المسؤوليات على أعضاء الفريق. مراجعة واعتماد رسومات الورشة الميكانيكية قبل التقديم. مراجعة واعتماد حسابات التصميم الميكانيكي قبل التقديم. مراجعة واعتماد تقديم المواد الفنية الميكانيكية قبل إصدارها للمستشار. مراجعة واعتماد طرق التنفيذ بما يتوافق مع مواصفات المشروع والجهات المختصة، إلخ... التواصل مع الأقسام الفنية الأخرى(المعماري، الهيكلي..إلخ) للمراجعات والاعتمادات ذات الصلة. دعم تنفيذ مبادرات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE)، المشاركة في أنشطة التوعية السلامة، والمساهمة في الإبلاغ عن الحوادث وحلها بما يتوافق مع سياسات الشركة ونظام إدارة السلامة IMS مسؤوليات العمل 2 المسؤوليات الإضافية 3 معرفة ومهارات الوظيفة خلفية تقنية والقدرة على إعداد وتحديث جداول التتبع المعرفة التقنية بمعايير الهندسة الميكانيكية معرفة قوية بميدان البناء أكواد ومعايير ميكانيكية NFPA التشريعات المحلية مهندس معتمد من UPDA أو شهادة مع تطيبق الخبرة الوظيفية خبرة عمل لا تقل عن 8 سنوات، 5 سنوات خبرة عمل ذات صلة، سنتان (2) خبرة في GCC تعتبر ميزة الكفاءات المرونة طلاقة في الذكاء الاصطناعي القدرة على التكيف الجودة القيادة القياس الكهربائي والأجهزة L3 تشخيص أعطال الأجهزة والتحكم في PLC L3 تحليل وضع العطل L3 قراءة مخططات الكهرباء L3 مخططات وتحميلات الكهرباء والجداول والحسابات L3 التعليم درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة </div>

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Lead Mechanical Engineer – Static Equipment to join an EPC project team for a major Offshore Gas Processing project. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing all mechanical engineering activities related to static equipment throughout the FEED and Detail Engineering phases. The role requires strong technical expertise in static equipment design and engineering, combined with proven experience working within an EPC environment and coordinating with multidisciplinary engineering teams, clients, PMC, and equipment vendors. Key Responsibilities Lead the mechanical engineering activities related to static equipment for offshore gas processing facilities. Provide technical leadership and guidance to mechanical/static equipment engineers and designers. Develop, review and approve mechanical equipment specifications, datasheets and requisitions. Ensure equipment design and engineering comply with project specifications, applicable international codes and standards, and client requirements. Review and evaluate static equipment requirements during FEED and Detail Engineering. Coordinate with Process Engineering for equipment sizing, design parameters and process requirements. Review equipment data sheets, specifications, calculations and technical documentation. Prepare and/or review Technical Bid Evaluations (TBE) and provide technical recommendations for equipment procurement. Review and comment on vendor drawings, calculations, material specifications, fabrication procedures and other vendor documentation. Coordinate with vendors and resolve technical queries related to static equipment. Review equipment layouts, General Arrangement (GA) drawings, fabrication drawings and interface requirements. Ensure appropriate coordination with Piping, Process, Materials & Corrosion, Civil/Structural, Electrical and Instrumentation disciplines. Participate in design reviews, HAZOP/HAZID and other project technical review meetings as required. Provide technical support during procurement, fabrication and inspection activities. Ensure engineering deliverables are completed in accordance with project schedules, quality requirements and approved procedures. Identify and resolve engineering issues, technical deviations and design conflicts. Interface with the Client, PMC and EPC project management team on technical matters.
