Candidates should possess skills in industrial automation and control systems, such as instrumentation, control panel design, and field device configuration. Candidates should possess competencies in electrical and control engineering fundamentals, including reading schematics, wiring diagrams, and P&IDs. Candidates should possess troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for PLCs, communication networks, and process control issues in industrial environments. Candidates should possess experience or familiarity with water and wastewater treatment processes, related equipment, and industry safety standards.
