<p>The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing the complete HR function for the company’s restaurant and franchise operations in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This is a full-time, on-site position involving recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, HR compliance, training, payroll coordination, and employee engagement.</p><p><br></p><p>The role will develop and implement HR policies and procedures, maintain accurate and confidential employee records, and ensure the fair and consistent application of HR practices across all locations.
