<p>We are looking for a Sales Engineer – Pipe Mill Commercial to join our team, focusing on the commercial and sales aspects of pipe manufacturing operations. The role includes, but is not limited to, fieldwork, client meetings, and project site visits. The candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling HSAW pipe & Coating (3LPP, 3LPE , FBE & LE, as applicable) to contractors, EPCs, fabricators, and industrial clients across UAE and surrounding regions.

Join us.<br> <br>Job Description<br> Lead the delivery of assigned project packages, ensuring adherence to schedule, budget, and quality targets. Supervise and manage contractors to ensure works are executed as per specifications, drawings, and project milestones. Direct, coordinate, and monitor the supervision team in conducting daily inspections of construction activities. Ensure full compliance with HSE requirements and promote a safety-first culture across all site operations. Resolve site-related issues promptly, providing sound engineering judgment and ensuring proper documentation. Represent AECOM in all Client, Contractor, and Authority meetings, maintaining professional communication and reporting standards. Review and endorse contractors’ technical submittals, method statements, material approvals, and construction drawings. Oversee and monitor progress reporting, schedule updates, and cost control to ensure alignment with project goals. Negotiate and manage scope variations, claims, and change requests in coordination with the Client and Contractor. Prepare and implement the Project Execution Plan, HSE Plan, and Quality Control Plan for the assigned package. Review and assess construction programs, technical deliverables, and cost estimates for accuracy and completeness. Mentor and supervise subordinate engineers and inspectors, conducting performance reviews and ensuring skill development. Conduct internal weekly meetings to monitor site performance and formulate corrective actions when necessary. Ensure adherence to all relevant RTA, DM, and local authority procedures and specifications related to microtunneling and drainage works. Perform other related duties as assigned to support the successful delivery of the project. <br>Qualifications<br> Bachelors is Engineering degree from a recognized university and 20 years of experience in a senior-level position Ability to liaise with DM and service authorities. Full knowledge of methods of excavation and backfilling as per RTA standards. Safety requirements as per DM and RTA standards. Asphalt Tiles reinstatement as per RTA standards. NDRC methods Valid UAE Driving License. <br>Additional Information<br> The Resident Engineer must have full knowledge of the existing sewerage networks in the Emirates of Dubai. Familiar with the DM general conditions of contract, quality assurance, quantity surveying, and project network techniques (primavera p3). Strong computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Primavera P3.
