Key Responsibilities: • Develop detailed avionics and fly-by-wire flight control system architectures. • Design triple redundant flight control computer architectures, including voting logic, monitoring and cross-channel communications. • Define flight control modes, system states and transition logic for normal and degraded operating conditions. • Produce Interface Control Documents (ICDs) and systems integration documentation. • Develop DO-178C DAL A certification planning artefacts, including PSAC, SDP and SVP. • Collaborate with systems, software, hardware and safety engineering teams. • Support aircraft certification activities and regulatory compliance. • Apply ARP4754A/ARP4754B systems engineering principles throughout the development lifecycle. • Provide technical leadership across avionics and flight control system development.</p><p>We are looking for an experienced avionics and flight control systems engineer with extensive experience developing safety critical aircraft systems for certified aerospace programmes. Essential Requirements • Minimum 12 years' experience in avionics or flight control systems engineering. • Proven experience designing fly-by-wire flight control systems for certified aircraft. • Experience developing triple redundant flight control computer architectures. • Strong knowledge of DO-178C DAL A software certification. • Experience producing certification planning documentation including PSAC, SDP and SVP. • Experience authoring Interface Control Documents (ICDs). • Strong understanding of systems engineering and multidisciplinary integration. • Excellent technical communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience applying ARP4754A or ARP4754B. • Experience with eVTOL, rotorcraft or advanced aircraft programmes. • Experience with over actuated flight control systems. • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Avionics, Systems Engineering or a related discipline.</p>

The role involves developing and maintaining project schedules, coordinating resources, analyzing progress, identifying risks or delays, and providing accurate reporting to support effective project delivery.<br>Responsibilities:Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and other scheduling tools. Define project scope, milestones, timelines, and allocate resources to meet project deadlines. Establish and maintain the Baseline Programme to guide project execution and measure progress. Review and prepare Baseline Programme, Update Programme, S-curves, Manpower Histograms, and Resource Deployment Schedules. Conduct delay analysis, review extension of time claims, and prepare Time Impact Analysis (TIA) reports. Prepare periodic progress reports for senior management and clients, highlighting risks and required actions.<br>Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Arch. Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field is typically required. Minimum 5+ years in infrastructure projects. Additional Experience: Prior work on buildings or villas projects is required Strong proficiency in Primavera P6, Reporting, MS Office, and Power Point Presentations Experience with Power BI for data analysis and dashboards
