About the role The Senior MMS Engineer will be responsible for leading the implementation, configuration, and management of the Maintenance Management System (MMS) to support effective asset lifecycle management. Integrate MMS with building management systems (BMS), SCADA, and other operational platforms where required. Develop preventive and corrective maintenance strategies aligned with operational needs and recommendations. Configure maintenance plans including schedules, task lists, frequencies, and resource requirements. Support reliability-centred maintenance (RCM) analysis where applicable. Prepare and implement data templates and standards for digital handover requirements. Participate in testing and commissioning activities to verify asset performance and ensure accurate system data. Ensure all commissioned assets are properly registered and functional within the MMS before handover. Track and manage defects during commissioning and defect liability period using the MMS. Coordinate with stakeholders including contractors, consultants, and operations teams. Provide training and technical support to end users and operations teams on MMS usage.
