We are seeking an experienced and motivated HR Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all Human Resources functions, ensuring the effective implementation of HR strategies, policies, and procedures that support business objectives and operational requirements. Demonstrate leadership in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) by promoting compliance with company policies and fostering a culture of safety throughout the organization.<br>Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Human Resources, Business Administration, or an industrial related field. Master's Degree and/or professional HR certification is an advantage. Minimum 10 years of progressive Human Resources experience, preferably within multinational organizations. Proven experience managing the full or majority of the spectrum of HR functions. Experience within the Oil & Gas, Engineering, Industrial Services, or related sectors is a must. Lead cloud migration and modernization governance, ensuring workloads meet security, architecture, financial, resilience, data, and compliance requirements before migration and production deployment. Drive cloud resilience and continuity standards covering backup, disaster recovery, availability zones, geographic redundancy, recovery objectives, incident response, and operational readiness. Develop cloud vendor and third-party governance processes covering service evaluations, contractual requirements, risk assessments, supplier performance, exit strategies, and service-level agreements. Drive digital transformation through artificial intelligence (AI)-assisted cloud governance, automated policy enforcement, predictive cost analytics, intelligent workload optimization, configuration anomaly detection, and automated compliance monitoring. Utilize Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Terraform, Kubernetes, Git Hub, Git Lab, Azure Dev Ops, Service Now, Cloud Health, Apptio, Fin Ops platforms, Microsoft 365, Power BI, Tableau, and cloud security technologies. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Cloud Computing, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a related technical discipline. Master's degree in Information Technology, Cloud Computing, Business Administration, Enterprise Architecture, Cybersecurity, or a related field is highly advantageous. Professional certifications such as TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Azure certifications, Google Cloud certifications, Fin Ops Certified Practitioner, COBIT, ITIL, CISSP, CISM, or equivalent credentials are preferred. Minimum 5 years of experience in cloud governance, cloud architecture, cloud engineering, IT governance, technology risk, cloud security, infrastructure, or related roles. At least 2 years of experience managing cloud governance programmes, multi-cloud environments, cloud transformation initiatives, Fin Ops programmes, security governance, or multidisciplinary technology teams preferred. Strong understanding of cloud architecture, governance frameworks, cloud security, identity and access management, compliance, risk management, Fin Ops, Dev Sec Ops, infrastructure-as-code, resilience, disaster recovery, and cloud operating models. Experience with Microsoft Azure, AWS, GCP, Terraform, Kubernetes, Git Hub, Git Lab, Azure Dev Ops, Service Now, Cloud Health, Apptio, Fin Ops platforms, Microsoft 365, Power BI, Tableau, and cloud security technologies.
