Finance ERP Implementation Officer<br>Reports To: Senior Group Finance Director Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE<br><br>About The Role The Finance ERP Implementation Officer will serve as the dedicated Finance representative for the Oracle Fusion ERP implementation across Ohana Group. The role will act as the bridge between Finance, IT, business users, and implementation partners to ensure successful deployment of Oracle Fusion and alignment of system functionalities with Finance requirements. Following go-live, the role will transition into the Finance ERP Custodian responsible for reporting, business intelligence, user support, system governance, and continuous improvement.<br>Oracle Fusion ERP Implementation Act as the Finance focal point throughout the Oracle Fusion implementation project. Participate in solution design workshops and business process mapping activities. Gather, document, and validate Finance business requirements. Support future-state finance process design and implementation. Coordinate Finance deliverables with consultants and project stakeholders. Support Chart of Accounts, reporting hierarchy, workflow and control design. Review and validate ERP configurations.<br>Data Migration & Validation Coordinate data cleansing and migration activities.
