Act as the senior marketing advisor to the Group CEO and help build the marketing function as the organisation grows.<br><br>The Successful Applicant<br><br>Strong experience within FMCG brand marketing, ideally across food, beverages or other high frequency consumer categories. Proven experience building consumer brands and strengthening brand equity within UAE. Strong understanding of brand strategy, consumer marketing, communications, PR, digital and social media. Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns from strategy through to execution. Commercially aware but fundamentally a brand marketer rather than a trade marketing specialist. Comfortable operating in an entrepreneurial or growing business where the marketing function is still being developed.
