Job Summary:Lead the planning, monitoring, and performance management of the sector's strategic projects and initiatives. Job Description<br><br>Job Overview:<br><br>The Quality Operations Technician provides solutions to problems in the operations discipline without supervisory approval and will evaluate and select solutions from established operating procedures and scientific procedures.<br><br>Responsibilities<br><br>Key Tasks and Responsibilities:<br><br>Act as a focal point for relevant craft supervisors to access current information related to standards and codes, technical publications, inspection tools, and measuring instruments Ensure all inspection forms are off a standard format and completed monthly Maintain Quality records and relative Codes/Standards Focal point between facility/vessel and Administrative Office regarding the status of Corrective Action Register Issues Assist in establishing a process to measure non-conformances, i.e., production delays, unscheduled helicopter flights, redundant vessel movements, etc. Assist as directed with ISO:9001, ISO: 14001, ISM, and ISPS code audit prep and CAR closures Act as a focal point to help expedite facility issues relevant to Quality Assist with facility/vessel Key Performance Indicator measurements Maintain registers on the following: ladders, below hook lift devices, CAR, training, and MSDS<br><br>Qualifications<br><br>Essential Qualifications and Education:<br><br>High school diploma or equivalent Strong computer skills Organized and disciplined individual with well-developed communication skills Strong interpersonal skills required to deal effectively with operational management throughout the organization<br><br>About Us<br><br>Our ingenuity fuels daily life. Job Summary:Lead the planning, monitoring, and performance management of the sector's strategic projects and initiatives. The role is responsible for tracking project progress, developing executive dashboards and KPI reports, analyzing performance data, and providing actionable insights to support informed decision-making and successful strategy execution across the sector.<br>Key Responsibilities:Establish and manage an integrated portfolio of strategic projects, ensuring alignment with sector priorities and organizational objectives. Monitor project progress, milestones, risks, dependencies, and overall performance across multiple business units. Develop executive dashboards, performance reports, and visual analytics to support strategic decision-making. Analyze large volumes of data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and performance insights. Design and maintain KPI frameworks, scorecards, and performance measurement systems. Prepare executive-level reports and presentations for senior leadership. Collaborate with project managers and department heads to ensure timely project delivery and issue resolution. Implement project governance standards, reporting frameworks, and performance management methodologies. Drive continuous improvement by leveraging data analytics, business intelligence, and automation tools.<br>Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field. Master's degree is preferred. PMP certification is highly desirable. Minimum 8–10 years of experience in project management, PMO, strategy execution, or performance management. Strong expertise in Power BI, Excel (Advanced), Power Query, Power Pivot, SQL, or other business intelligence and data visualization tools. Proven experience developing executive dashboards, KPI frameworks, and performance reports. Experience working within government, public sector, or large complex organizations is highly preferred.
