<li><ul><li>Monitor and report on recurring defects from the Service Desk system.</li><li>Communicate regularly with Regional Technical Support Engineers / Area Service Managers (Middle East), to resolve technical issues.</li><li>Assist where required in providing technical information and advice to both importers and fleet operators.</li><li>Resolve customer complaints to the satisfaction of the customer and the Company within the given KPI’s.</li><li>Produce reports and case histories in respect of product failures in accordance with given guidelines.</li><li>Produce the “Top 10” Middle East defect report monthly for Truck and Bus.</li><li>Produce statistical analysis of failure rates from GA systems for all Middle East importers.</li><li>Represent the centre in meetings within the company and with Private Capital Importers.</li><li>Be an integral part of the Product Management Team and liaison between product and after sales portfolios.</li><li>Actively participate in Product Request process for preventative product engineering.</li><li>In collaboration with Area Service Managers (Middle East) create and distribute local information bulletins when required.</li></ul></li>

<br> Requirements: <br>
<ul>
<li><ul><li>Degree in engineering or equivalent.</li><li>At least 5 years relevant working experience.</li><li>A range of demonstrated technical training courses that support the years of experience.</li><li>Tertiary training in business management (preferred).</li><li>MENA experience advantageous.</li><li>Capacity and flexibility / stamina and energy.</li><li>Complete understanding of vehicle components and service technical knowledge.</li><li>Good command of computer systems and data processing applications.</li><li>Driving licence for light vehicles preferably also for trucks and buses.</li><li>English skills mandatory.</li></ul></li>
