<ul><li><p>Holding all inspections required to identify the issues in the projects and</p></li></ul><p>create the punch list</p><ul><li><p>Review the onsite inspection requests and ensure all requests have been</p></li></ul><p>met within 48 hrs</p><ul><li><p>Report the daily progress, weekly progress and the challenges faced</p></li><li><p>Record the recurring issues and report the QA Team Lead</p></li><li><p>Record and report major issues that require escalation</p></li><li><p>Ensure that all customer snags are attended</p></li><li><p>Report any requirement by the customer that does not fall within the</p></li></ul><p>project specification and design</p><ul><li><p>Utilize necessary access to relevant systems required for operations and</p></li></ul><p>reporting functions</p><ul><li><p>Escalate unattended or disputed snags</p></li><li><p>Support with evidence and information in case of a dispute</p></li><li><p>Utilize portal and relevant systems for snagging and inspections</p></li><li><p>Provide continuous updates on handover, snagging and inspections</p></li><li><p>Verify completion and rectification of snags by the Contractor</p></li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ol><li><p><strong>3–5 years of QA experience</strong></p></li><li><p>Construction industry experience</p></li><li><p>Bachelor's/Diploma in <strong>Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering</strong></p></li><li><p>Strong knowledge of <strong>site inspections and snagging</strong></p></li><li><p>Good reporting and documentation skills</p></li><li><p>Ability to coordinate with contractors and different project teams</p></li><li><p>Good problem-solving and escalation skills</p></li></ol>
