Job Overview
<p>The Corporate Bank provides strategic financial solutions to corporate, public sector and institutional clients globally. We partner with clients to support their growth, capital raising, financing, treasury, risk management and broader strategic objectives by leveraging Citi's extensive global network and product capabilities.</p><br><p>Our bankers serve as trusted advisors to senior client decision-makers and act as the primary point of coordination across Citi's product platform. <ol><li><p>Coordinate day-to-day HR administrative activities and provide support to employees and management.</p></li><li><p>Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, personnel files, and HR databases.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate employee onboarding, including documentation, joining formalities, orientation, and system setup.</p></li><li><p>Support employee offboarding, clearance, final documentation, and exit processes.</p></li><li><p>Assist with recruitment activities, including vacancy coordination, candidate screening, interview scheduling, offer documentation, and joining follow-up.</p></li><li><p>Maintain attendance, leave, overtime, and employee movement records and provide regular reports to HR management.</p></li><li><p>Prepare HR letters, certificates, memos, and other employee-related documentation.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with Payroll and Finance teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll inputs.</p></li><li><p>Support visa, work permit, medical, Emirates ID, and other employee-related government documentation where required.</p></li><li><p>Maintain HR trackers and reports covering recruitment, onboarding, employee movements, attendance, leave, disciplinary actions, and employee relations.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate employee queries and direct requests to the appropriate HR team member or department.</p></li><li><p>Ensure HR records and employee information are handled with confidentiality and in accordance with company policies.</p></li><li><p>Support HR audits, reporting requirements, and continuous improvement of HR processes and procedures.</p></li><li><p>Perform other HR-related duties as assigned by the HR Manager.</p></li></ol><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.</p></li><li><p><strong>3–5 years of HR experience</strong>. recruitment experience is advantage</p></li><li><p>Good knowledge of UAE employment practices.</p></li><li><p>Strong organizational and documentation skills with high attention to detail.</p></li><li><p>Good communication and interpersonal skills.</p></li><li><p>Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.</p></li><li><p>High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and integrity.</p></li><li><p>Available to start immediately is required.</p></li></ul><br><p><strong>Note:</strong> Selected candidates must be willing to work in <strong>Habshan, Al Dhafra, Abu Dhabi</strong>.</p>
