The successful candidate will provide advanced critical care management for neonates, infants, and children with congenital and acquired heart diseases, including pre- and post-operative cardiac surgical patients and complex interventional cardiology cases.<br><br>Key Responsibilities<br><br>Manage critically ill pediatric cardiac patients in the PCICU. Provide pre-operative stabilization and post-operative care following congenital heart surgery. Manage ECMO, mechanical ventilation, advanced hemodynamic monitoring, and cardiac emergencies. Lead multidisciplinary rounds and coordinate individualized treatment plans. Collaborate with pediatric cardiologists, cardiac surgeons, anesthesiologists, perfusionists, and specialized nursing teams. Interpret complex diagnostic data including echocardiography and hemodynamic studies. Support quality improvement initiatives, protocol development, and departmental growth. Mentor junior physicians and participate in teaching, research, and CME activities.
