<span>Job Description – Specialist/Consultant Pediatric Gastroenterologist Location: Dubai, UAE Department: Pediatrics – Pediatric Gastroenterology Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Specialist/Consultant Pediatric Gastroenterologist to join a leading healthcare provider in Dubai, UAE.<br> The successful candidate will provide comprehensive diagnostic, therapeutic, and preventive care for infants, children, and adolescents with gastrointestinal, hepatobiliary, pancreatic, and nutritional disorders.<br> The physician will Responsibilities Diagnose, evaluate, and manage pediatric patients with gastrointestinal, liver, pancreatic, and nutritional disorders.<br> Treat conditions including gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), celiac disease, chronic abdominal pain, constipation, diarrhea, gastrointestinal bleeding, food allergies, liver disorders, pancreatitis, malabsorption syndromes, and feeding difficulties.<br> Perform diagnostic and therapeutic pediatric endoscopic procedures, including upper gastrointestinal endoscopy, colonoscopy, polypectomy, and biopsy, as credentialed.<br> Manage children with growth failure, nutritional deficiencies, obesity, and complex feeding disorders.<br> Evaluate and treat acute and chronic liver diseases, including viral hepatitis, autoimmune liver disease, metabolic liver disorders, cholestatic liver disease, and fatty liver disease.<br> Provide inpatient consultations, outpatient clinics, and emergency pediatric gastroenterology services as required.<br> Collaborate closely with Pediatric Surgery, Pediatric Nutrition, Neonatology, Pediatric Intensive Care, Radiology, Pathology, Allergy & Immunology, and other multidisciplinary teams.<br> Educate patients and families regarding diagnosis, treatment plans, nutrition, and long-term disease management.<br> Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in <p>The Division Chief has responsibility for leading, organizing and managing clinical and administrative operations of the Division according to the hospital’s strategic objectives and goals. The post holder is accountable for ensuring delivery of high quality patient care in the Division through effective planning and clinical leadership. In addition to administrative duties, the Division Chief is a practicing consultant and is expected to carry out clinical and academic duties as required.</p><br><br>Responsibilities:<br><p><br> Managerial/Administration Leads the Division in the implementation of all Divisional and organizational strategic plans.
