If you are ready to be part of the team shaping Dubai’s skyline, your future starts here.<br>As a Site Engineer, you will be responsible to manage execute on-site swimming pool construction works civil, structural, waterproofing, and MEP (filtration, plumbing, electrical) ensuring works are completed per approved drawings, specifications, quality, and safety standards.<br>Responsibilities:Execute pool construction activities on-site: excavation, shuttering, reinforcement, concreting (shell/structure), tiling/finishing, and coping works Supervise waterproofing application and testing (membrane/coating systems) to prevent leakage and ensure structural integrity Oversee installation of pool MEP systems: filtration units, pumps, chlorination/dosing systems, plumbing (suction/return lines), and pool lighting Interpret and implement approved shop drawings, pool design layouts, and specifications; raise RFIs for design clarifications Coordinate with civil, MEP, and landscape teams to manage interface points and avoid execution clashes Plan and monitor daily/weekly progress against the project schedule; report deviations and implement recovery plans Conduct material inspections (tiles, waterproofing membranes, pipework, pumps/filters) against approved submittals Supervise subcontractors, pool specialists, and labor crews; allocate manpower and resources effectively Perform quality checks at each construction stage; manage snag lists, NCRs, and inspection requests (IRFs) Ensure pool commissioning activities are carried out correctly: pressure testing, water balancing, equipment start-up, and pump/filter performance checks Maintain daily site reports, material reconciliation records, progress photos, and as-built documentation<br>Requirements:Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering4–8 years of site engineering experience specifically in swimming pool construction/execution, with proven prior employment in a contracting firm (not consultancy-only background) Strong knowledge of pool construction methods, waterproofing systems, filtration/circulation systems, pool hydraulics, and finishing works (tiling, mosaic, natural stone)

? Supervise and execute daily civil and structural works for multi-storey residential/apartment buildings (G+6 and above), including excavation, foundations, RCC structure, blockwork, waterproofing, plastering, screeding and finishing works.
? Manage day-to-day site activities, subcontractors, manpower, materials and work sequencing, ensuring works are completed according to approved drawings, specifications, method statements and construction programme.
? Coordinate closely with MEP, architectural, structural and finishing teams, identifying and resolving site clashes, technical issues and construction constraints to prevent delays and rework.
? Conduct site inspections and quality checks, coordinate consultant inspections and approvals, RFIs, snagging/de-snagging and handover, while maintaining required quality, safety and productivity standards.</p><p>Qualifications:
