<p>The Concierge Agent role reports to the Guest Service Manager and requires a high level of understanding and knowledge of UAE attractions, events, and experiences, as well as international destinations if required, combined with exceptional guest service skills and the ability to anticipate and fulfill diverse guest needs efficiently.</p>

<li>Stores and retrieves guest luggage and packages.</li>

<li>Assists with responsibilities and duties in the absence of or due to heavy volume in the areas of the Guest Service, Business Center, and lobby coverage.</li>
<li>Provides basic trouble-shooting support for in-room services such as internet, TV movies, games, and web service.</li>
<li>Works closely with Guest Service team to ensure smooth handling of guest luggage, deliveries and special requests.</li>

<p>About the Role;
As a Crypto Trader with a focus on derivatives, you will be instrumental in building up our trading team in Abu Dhabi. <p>The assistant front office manager oversees the front desk operations and responds to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest needs and requests.</p>
<h4>What you will do</h4>
