Maintain refrigeration equipment, cold rooms, and kitchen cooling systems. Respond promptly to guest room HVAC maintenance requests. Monitor equipment performance and report any abnormalities. Carry out refrigerant leak detection, recovery, and charging in compliance with regulations. Complete daily inspections, maintenance logs, and work orders. Ensure compliance with hotel safety, health, and environmental standards. Maintain cleanliness of plant rooms, workshops, and work areas.
