Lead commercial negotiations end-to-end: fee structures, rebate schemes, and liquidity arrangements — partnering cross-functionally to optimise execution and outcomes. Own the full lifecycle of Gate's key institutional relationships, ensuring depth, durability, and consistent growth in trading engagement. Identify and unlock expansion opportunities within the existing institutional client base — boosting retention, trading volume, and the scope of strategic cooperation. Excellent communication and presentation skills — you can command a room and close a deal. Fluency in English and Mandarin required for internal and external communications.
Why Gate Full ownership, real impact. You'll run the institutional client lifecycle end-to-end — from first conversation to long-term partnership — with direct visibility into volume and revenue outcomes. Tier-one counterparties. Work alongside and negotiate with the best: market makers, HFT firms, hedge funds, and global brokers. Commercial depth. Get hands-on with deal structuring, fee negotiations, and liquidity strategy at a scale few roles offer. Unmatched product breadth. A platform spanning spot, derivatives, and structured products gives you the firepower to meet institutional clients where they are. Scale with us. Gate is growing fast — and so is this team. ⚠️ Business Development Manager Forex/CFDs | Remote | Competitive Salary + 3-6% on Affiliate Earnings [No Cap]
????Location: Remote | Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
???? About UsAnyone working in forex/CFD to promote copytrading, signals, PAMM, or any investment strategy legally needs a license to do it. Most affiliates and IBs operate in a grey area, exposed and unprotected.
Fintech Media Capital has solved this since 2018. We give affiliates legal licenses, higher-paying deals, on time payouts, and marketing & sales support under one regulatory umbrella across FCA, SCA, CNB, and FSCA — processing over $60M in annual broker payouts across 150+ affiliates worldwide, which is why we can offer it all for free.
We work alongside the world's leading brokers, and because we direct over $100M in annual deposits to our partners, we negotiate deals no individual affiliate or BD manager could ever access alone.
???? Your Role Bring the affiliates and IBs you already know into the FMC infrastructure Help them get legal protection, better deals, guaranteed payouts + marketing and sales support We handle compliance, negotiations, and payouts, you focus on the relationship Earn a permanent percentage of everything they produce, uncapped, forever Your portfolio stays with you forever, written into your contract from day one
???? What We Offer Salary + revenue share — competitive salary + 3% to 6% on your affiliates' commissions or $1.5/lot on IBs + custom deal markups (no ceiling, ever) Car Program — once you hit your targets, we pay for your dream car (Mercedes, BMW, Jaguar, and more) Direct Access — Work directly with our Head of Business Development as part of our new elite team, 100% remote, flexible schedule Office Setup — once you hit your targets, we setup you up a professional office in your country of residence, giving you and your team a local base and real presence.
Affiliate Example: Your affiliates earn $300,000/month in CPA commissions. Your month: competitive salary + $9,000–$18,000 commissions (3–6%). No ceiling, whether your portfolio earns $100k or $1M/month.
IB Example: Your IBs have a $50/lot rebate deal. We share $1.5/lot with you — lifetime and uncapped.
Same affiliates, same deposits, same effort, but working with FMC instead of directly with a broker means up to 18x more in commissions, because we pay you on what your affiliates earn, not on what's left as net deposit.
➡ What your affiliates / IBs get:FMC Licenses — full regulatory umbrella across FCA, SCA, CNB, FSCA. Your affiliates operate legally without purchasing their own license. FMC Deals — CPA up to $1,000 per FTD and IB revenue share up to $95/lot. Multi-broker access, never locked into one deal. FMC Payouts — instant daily payouts for IBs and once trust is built, weekly payouts for CPA Affiliates. No more disputed commissions or denied payouts from brokers. All at zero cost, for a profitable, long-lasting business relationship.
???? Requirements1-5 years in business development, IB management, or affiliate partnerships within Forex/CFDExisting network of affiliates, IBs, or sub-IBs you can license in the next 30 days Solid understanding of CPA, revenue share, MT4/MT5English required, extra languages a plus
????Important This isn't just a job opportunity. This is a high-level role for ambitious people who want to achieve in 6 months what would take 5 years anywhere else.
We are hiring 10 Business Development Managers for our new elite team. Once filled, applications close.
Confidentiality Notice: All applications are treated with full confidentiality. Your identity will never be shared with your current employer or any third party.
