Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the complete MEP scope from design review and coordination to site execution and final handover ensuring seamless integration of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems within high-end interior spaces.<br>Key Responsibilities:<br>Design, review, and implement Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP), Fire Fighting, and ELV systems as per project requirements. Should be able to provide electrical circuit drawings and load schedules. Should be able to prepare ducting layout and heat load calculations. Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, interior teams, and stakeholders to ensure integrated and clash-free designs. Review IFC drawings, shop drawings, BOQs, material submittals, and builder’s work drawings.
