Completes formal training program in fluids chemistry, volume and hydraulics calculations, routine and specialized testing, separation equipment theory and application, and learns to provide well site service to customers. Learns to operate, maintain and optimize Baroid equipment including testing, separation, and waste management equipment. Learns to adequately prepare and track inventory of palletized and bulk products and equipment spares at the rig site based on the drilling program and anticipated conditions. Assists with interpreting results of routine and specialized testing in order to provide technical solutions. Assists in the operation of some separation and waste management equipment and has knowledge of how such equipment affects overall fluid performance. Complies with health, safety and environment regulations in all aspects of job performance. Performs in a professional manner as a Halliburton representative with clients. Learns how to maintain good working relationships with operator&amp;aposs representative and rig personnel. No previous work experience is required. Completion of a Bachelor&amp;aposs Degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) or other related Bachelor&amp;aposs Degree program is required. If you have a passion for EPC and marine construction and want to work on some of the region’s most exciting projects, find your next challenge with us.</p><br><br>Responsibilities:<br><ul><li>Lead and manage all dredging operations onboard the Cutter Suction Dredger (CSD), ensuring safe, efficient, and productive execution of the project.</li><li>Plan, coordinate, and optimize dredging activities to achieve production targets while maintaining quality and operational efficiency.</li><li>Supervise dredging crews, shift operations, and support personnel, ensuring compliance with company procedures and project requirements.</li><li>Monitor cutter performance, dredge pumps, swing systems, spud operations, and discharge pipelines to maximize production.</li><li>Coordinate with the Project Manager, Vessel Master, Chief Engineer, Survey Team, and Client representatives to ensure smooth project execution.</li><li>Analyze dredging data, production reports, and survey information to optimize dredging performance and minimize downtime.</li><li>Ensure compliance with project specifications, contract requirements, environmental regulations, and industry best practices.</li><li>Conduct daily operational meetings, toolbox talks, and risk assessments to promote a strong safety culture onboard.</li><li>Ensure all dredging operations are carried out in accordance with HSE policies, permit-to-work systems, and emergency response procedures.</li><li>Supervise mobilization, demobilization, pipeline installation, anchor handling, and relocation of dredging equipment.</li><li>Monitor equipment condition and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities with the Engineering Department.</li><li>Mentor and develop Dredge Masters, Shift Supervisors, and operational personnel to enhance technical competency and leadership capability.</li><li>Prepare and review daily production reports, operational logs, equipment performance reports, and project documentation.</li><li>Liaise with clients, consultants, port authorities, and subcontractors to ensure effective communication and successful project delivery.</li><li>Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce operational costs, and ensure the safe and timely completion of dredging projects.</li></ul><br><br><br><br><br><br><br><br><br>Qualifications:<br><p><span><span>Diploma, Degree or equivalent professional qualification.</span></span></p><br><p><span><span>Basic &amp; advanced STCW training certification.</span></span></p><br><p><span><span>5-10 Years rank experience on Heavy Duty Cutter Suction Dredger.</span></span></p><br> </div>
