Job description:<br><br>Job Purpose CL BD Manager will be responsible for driving the growth of our contract logistics business within Middle East Region. Primarily involved in direct contact with customers/clients & CEVA network to acquire new business or develop existing business to ensure sales targets are met and in line with our Go to Market Strategy. CL BD Manager will be tasked with identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with key clients, and collaborating with our CEVA CL BD Sector Heads to develop that drive business growth and identify potential opportunities and build and RFQ agenda of the Region. The CL BDM will need to maintain an active new business prospect listing to approach and present CEVA. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in key verticals and industries, including, technology, Automotive and retail& consumer goods (incl E-comm) Ensures that proposals are prepared and presented in a professional manner. Ensure that monthly reporting is finalized by month end and updates C-View. Undertake sales presentations to customers and business communities to present CEVA and its products and services. Develop a new business prospect listing to ensure that future new business development is planned in advance. Generate and distribute specific reports as required in alignment with the position. Maintain close working relationships with the Customer Service, Operations and Contract Logistics team. Work with the pricing team to ensure new business / RFQ wins after reviewing the solution and discuss and understand each and every part of it to be represented to the Customers. Participate in industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and promote our contract logistics services.
