Key Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed annual revenue targets. Identify, qualify, and pursue new enterprise opportunities across healthcare, government, airports, education, real estate, utilities, manufacturing, and other key industries. Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using structured sales methodologies and CRM best practices. Engage C-level executives, business leaders, facility management teams, and IT stakeholders to understand operational challenges and business priorities. Conduct discovery workshops, solution presentations, executive demonstrations, and value-based sales engagements. Prepare high-quality commercial proposals, tenders, RFP responses, and business cases. Lead commercial negotiations and contract discussions through to successful closure. Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Product, Marketing, and Delivery teams to develop customer-focused solutions. Maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities for expansion, upselling, and cross-selling. Represent Auberon at industry conferences, exhibitions, networking events, and customer engagements. Provide accurate sales forecasting, pipeline reporting, competitor intelligence, and market feedback to senior management. Maintain a customer-first approach while consistently demonstrating integrity, professionalism, and ethical sales practices. Qualifications & Experience Essential5–10 years of successful enterprise B2B sales experience. Demonstrated success selling enterprise software, Saa S, digital transformation, or technology solutions. Proven ability to achieve or exceed annual sales quotas. Strong consultative and solution-selling skills. Experience managing complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders. Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills. Strong business acumen with the ability to communicate ROI and business value to senior executives. Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Hub Spot, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar. Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related discipline. Preferred Experience in one or more of the following industries:Integrated Workplace Management Systems (IWMS) CAFM / CMMS / ISFMEnterprise Asset Management (EAM) Smart Buildings Digital Twins IoT Platforms Facility Management Property Technology (Prop Tech) Enterprise Saa SERP or Enterprise Software Experience selling to sectors such as healthcare, government, airports, education, real estate, or critical infrastructure will be highly regarded.
