JOB DESCRIPTION – QA/QC MANAGER – MECHANICALCompany: NSHLocation: Abu Dhabi, UAEIndustry: Oil & Gas / EPC Projects Position: QA/QC Manager – Mechanical Job Purpose Responsible for leading and managing all QA/QC activities for mechanical works on Oil & Gas projects, ensuring compliance with project specifications, approved procedures, international standards, and client/ADNOC requirements. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the complete Mechanical QA/QC function for the project. Develop, implement and monitor the Project Quality Plan, ITPs, QA/QC procedures and inspection activities. Ensure mechanical works including piping, equipment, tanks, pressure vessels, valves and related installations comply with approved drawings, specifications and standards. Review and approve inspection and testing requirements, method statements and quality documentation. Coordinate with client, consultant, subcontractors, vendors and third-party inspection agencies. Monitor and control NCRs, observations, punch lists and corrective/preventive actions and ensure timely closure. Conduct and coordinate internal, client and subcontractor quality audits. Monitor material inspections, welding/NDT activities, hydrotesting, equipment installation and mechanical completion.
