The role covers full project lifecycle management from design coordination through execution, testing, commissioning, and final handover.<br><br>As MEP Manager, you will play a central role in driving the delivery of critical building systems across major construction projects. This role is suited to a leader who can bring together engineering, site execution, commissioning, and stakeholder coordination to help ensure quality, progress, and successful project outcomes across complex developments.<br><br>Responsibilities<br><br>Lead and manage all MEP works including Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, and ELV systems from engineering through commissioning and handover. Oversee MEP design coordination, shop drawings, material submittals, and technical approvals. Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure timely and quality project delivery. Coordinate closely with civil, architectural, and structural teams to ensure integrated project execution.
