Prepare Project Progress Measurement sheets, conduct weekly review meetings. Assist Project manager in monitoring cash-flow and revenue generation planning and activate appropriate escalation procedures. • Project Reporting: Assess and document project status and perform project internal and external reporting in line with Company and Customer guidelines. • Risk Management: Carry out risks assessment of the project from Sales handover phase until project completion, identify risks and prepare mitigation action plan. Continuously monitor the risk-influencing factors and take appropriate measures. • Contracts & Claim Management: Assist Project and Procurement Manager in Identifying early deviations and changes in project.
