Drive strategic HR initiatives, organisational effectiveness, workforce planning, and compliance with UAE Labour Law while supporting business growth.<br>Key Responsibilities<br> Manage compensation, benefits, salary benchmarking, annual reviews, incentives, and manpower budgeting.<br> Oversee payroll governance, workforce planning, and HC cost analysis.<br> Lead performance management, goal setting, calibration, and annual appraisal cycles.<br> Drive organisational development, restructuring, job architecture, and change initiatives.<br> Lead employee engagement, culture, and succession planning programmes.<br> Develop and implement HR policies, governance, and compliance standards.<br> Prepare HR dashboards, KPIs, workforce analytics, and management reports.<br> Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, company policies, and HSE requirements.<br><br><br><br>Requirements<br><br> Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.<br> SHRM or CIPD certification preferred.<br> 10–12 years of HR experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role.<br> Experience in manufacturing, engineering, industrial, or technology sectors preferred.<br> Strong knowledge of Compensation & Benefits, Organization Development, Performance Management, HR Analytics, and UAE Labour Law.
- To proactively drive new-to-bank business to grow Emirati and Islamic business presence<br><br>- To maintain close contact and relationship with the clients in a way, which ensures that we remain one of their main banks getting a major share of their wallet.<br><br>- To proactively solicit / manage businesses, which meet agreed risk-reward parameters of the unit.<br><br>- To deliver agreed liabilities numbers and significant cross-sell of other products of the bank.<br><br>- Intra-organization liaison ensuring service delivery to clients.<br><br>- To work closely with all product and channel partners from RBG and CIBG and the SME FX team to maximize opportunities provided through regular contacts, feedback, co-ordination, and cross referrals.<br><br>- To ensure that the credit risk on account of facilities execution<br><br>- To ensure compliance requirements for the relationships are adhered to in line with the banks policies – KYC, AML, account reviews as per risk levels and high value transaction monitoring.<br><br>- Self-starter to ensure consistency in productivity and performance.
