Ensure compliance with ADNOC QA/QC requirements and coordinate inspections, tests, and punch list closure.<br><br>Planning & Progress<br><br>Monitor construction progress against the approved schedule and report deviations. Support construction planning, sequencing, and offshore logistics coordination. Identify risks, constraints, and mitigation measures related to offshore civil works.<br><br>Interface & Coordination<br><br>Act as the PMC focal point between ADNOC, EPC Contractor, marine spreads, and third parties. Coordinate civil works with structural, mechanical, piping, and E&I disciplines. Minimum 15 years of experience in civil construction, with at least 5–7 years offshore experience in oil & gas projects. Prior experience working as PMC / ADNOC projects is strongly preferred. Strong knowledge of offshore civil construction methods, marine works, and ADNOC standards.
