<p>Our International Main Contracting Client has a new requirement for a well experienced Interior Design Manager to join their team in Dubai to work on high profile new build projects. Successful candidates will have a proven background as an Interior Design Manager working on high profile projects in the UAE with preference given to those with prior experience in high profile projects for recognised Main Contracting Companies
This role is available for immediate joining and is an initial 3-6 Month Contract position employed as an outsource candidate through J10 Consulting.
There is an option to transfer to staff after 6 months to suit all parties
Key Responsibilities:
The (ID) Manager will lead the interior design efforts for high-end luxury construction projects, ensuring the highest standards of design, quality, and craftsmanship. The role requires an experienced professional with a strong background in managing luxury interior design projects internationally. The ID Manager will oversee all interior design phases, from concept development through to project completion, ensuring alignment with the client’s vision, luxury standards, and project objectives.
• This position demands a blend of creativity, leadership, and technical expertise to manage large-scale luxury projects, working closely with clients, consultants, and project teams across global markets.
• Interior Design Leadership & Oversight: Lead the development of interior design concepts for luxury residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.
• Ensure that all design elements, including layouts, materials, finishes, and furnishings, meet luxury standards and reflect the client’s vision.
• Provide strategic leadership to the interior design team, ensuring the seamless delivery of all design phases from concept through construction.
• Project Coordination & Collaboration: Collaborate with architects, MEP teams, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that interior design elements integrate smoothly with the overall project design.
