This position has supervisory/lead responsibility over a group of project controls personnel or functions as a technical specialist who develops advanced concepts.</p><p>➢ Providing Project Control support to Proposals & Projects Planning, scheduling, monitoring and control of the project on a continuous basis through work schedules, progress measurement and reporting systems</p><ol><li><p>ORGANIZATION</p></li></ol><p>Reports directly to the Projects Manager</p><ol><li><p>RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITY</p></li></ol><p>3.1 General</p><p>➢ Good teamwork and communication skills with high initiative</p><p>➢ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision</p><p>➢ Familiar with Quality / HSE / Contractual procedures & International Standards in Oil & Gas Industry.</p><p>➢ Review Cost/Delivery Impact situations with Project Manager, schedule risk analysis</p><p>3.2 Systems and Procedures</p><p>➢ Providing Project Control support to Proposals & Projects, Planning, scheduling, monitoring and control of the project on a continuous basis through work schedules, progress measurement and reporting systems</p><p>➢ Project Controls Manager Leads project controls team on the most complex and highest risk projects.</p><p>➢ Performs integral functions on the project management leadership team to ensure project success.</p><p>➢ Should have ability to guide Planning Engineer in the preparation of the Project Plan, identifying the required resources and the timescale including catch-up plans and look ahead.</p><p>➢ Should ensure collation of project costs and revenues, prepare cash-flow and payment reports and detection of early warning signals for delays and overruns.</p><p>➢ Hands-on Experience on Primavera, Knowledge of Financial management with good understanding of Budget and Costing</p><p>➢ Should have ability to prepare detail planning schedules using software packages such as Primavera</p><p>➢ Rigorous monitoring of actual vs. schedule progress, forecasting, trend analysis, resource planning during project implementation is essential.</p><p>➢ Identifies improvements to processes and leads in developing staff capabilities.</p><p>➢ Leads in project controls efforts to support capturing new work.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>Education</p><p>➢ Degree in Mechanical Engineering</p><p>Work Experience and Related Skills</p><p>➢ Min 18 years of exp in offshore planning out of which 3 years as Project Control Manager of project in the oil and gas industry. (Offshore Project experience will be an advantage).<br><br></p><p><strong>Eligibility Criteria</strong></p><p>✔ Experience in construction (not design), Pipeline / Oil & Gas / EPC / Flowline / Wellhead / Brownfield / Upstream / Onshore</p><p>✔ Gulf / ADNOC experience preferred</p><p>✔ Clean-shaven policy applicable</p><p>✔ Candidates must be immediate joiners</p><p>❌ Candidates with Metro / Building / Road Infrastructure experience are not eligible</p><p>Attached JDs for your reference.</p><p><strong>Age Criteria:</strong></p><p>Maximum age limit is 49 years</p><p>For managerial positions, this may be extended up to 50 years if the candidate has significant Gulf experience</p><p><strong>Managerial and SR.
