Working knowledge of security systems and safety procedures.<br>Experience• 5-8 years of experience in Community Management, preferably in mixed-use developments or large-scale developments.• Prior experience in a senior, lead, or supervisory security role is preferred.• In-depth understanding of community living concepts, owner association management, and relevant local and international real estate regulations.• Proven expertise in strategic planning, financial/budget management, and leading large, diverse teams to deliver operational excellence.• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.• Experience in Community Management Industry in Abu Dhabi or Dubai.• Knowledge of Abu Dhabi and UAE securityregulations is highly desirable
