Company Description

Talabat is part of the Delivery Hero Group, the world’s pioneering local delivery platform, our mission is to deliver an amazing experience—fast, easy, and to your door. We operate in around 65 countries worldwide. Headquartered in Berlin, Germany. Delivery Hero has been listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange since 2017 and is part of the MDAX stock market index.

Job Description

Role Summary:

The Senior Manager - Agency & Large Customer Partnerships will be building out & scaling our agency partnerships across talabat’s new demand channels and leveraging opportunities on-app and off-app with Endemic and Non-Endemic advertisers (e.g., Agency selling, off-site Ads, DSP, etc.). We seek to deliver a customized and curated product & commercial strategy to grow Ads investments from these channels. This role will bring best-in-class practices across established / current setups within the advertising industry and act as a thought leader for the company within this specific space, guiding strategic changes while also balancing tactical execution to deliver strong commercial results.

What's On Your Plate?

Extended Demand Channels:
You will expand Ads monetization beyond on-platform products by unlocking new demand channels (e.g., agencies, DSPs, etc.) across the app and off-app, with Endemic and non-Endemic channels (Food and Non-Food both). Treat these as commercial growth levers, not standalone products. Pilot, validate, and scale high-impact opportunities, and feed successful models into GTM for broader rollout.

Own Ads revenue (direct accountability):
You are directly accountable for the Ads revenue acceleration from these new channels. You will build account-level Ads strategies (not generic approaches), define budget potential and targets per account, and track and drive monthly/quarterly revenue delivery. This is a number-carrying role, not a support function.

Develop account-specific product mix & investment Strategy:
You will decide, for each account: how much to invest across which channel (on-app vs off-app), across products, what role each product plays (acquisition vs conversion vs branding), how budgets shift across seasons, campaigns, and business goals. You are expected to override generic recommendations where needed.

Structure deals & custom solutions in partnership with commercial teams:
You will design custom packages (bundled products, pricing structures, pilots), lead negotiations with senior stakeholders on the partner side, and align internally with Commercial teams, Finance, Legal, and Billing on non-standard setups.

Influence Product via structured feedback (not ownership):
Surface account-specific gaps (pricing, targeting, reporting). Push for prioritization where justified by revenue impact through workshops & monthly engagement routines. You do not define global product strategy - but feed into it.

What does success look like in this role?

Success in this role should be measured by the ability to create and scale new Ads demand channels that drive incremental revenue beyond existing commercialmotions.

KPIs include:

Revenue generated from new channels such as agencies, DSPs, off-app advertising, and non-endemic advertisers

Advertiser diversification through the activation and growth of new advertisers and budgets not previously captured by Ads

Strategic coverage of priority accounts through documented multi-channel Ads roadmaps and investment strategies.

Qualified revenue pipeline from new monetization opportunities.

Successful commercialization of pilots into scalable GTM motions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, or a related field.

10+ years of total work experience with a minimum of 5+ years of Advertising Sales experience in an E-commerce company is preferred.

Minimum 5+ years of experience leading direct teams.

Experience using data and analytics to drive sales strategy and results within an Advertising business.

Experience in collaborating with Product teams to shape feature development, delivery and roadmaps.

Experience with C-level sales and strategic partnership building.

Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to influence and align cross-functional teams and senior leadership around commercial objectives.

Additional Information

Join Our Vibrant Team in Dubai at City Walk, Where Work Meets Innovation and Fun!

Grow With Us: We're all about growth and recognition, both professionally and personally.
