تقوم شركة تجارة ولوجستيات مقرها دبي بتوظيف منسق استيراد وتصدير لتنسيق الشحنات، وإدارة وثائق التجارة، والتواصل مع الموردين وشركاء الخدمات اللوجستية، ودعم سلاسة نقل البضائع عبر الأسواق الدولية.المسؤوليات الرئيسية تنسيق شحنات الاستيراد والتصدير من مرحلة الحجز حتى التسليم النهائي. إعداد والتحقق من وثائق الشحن والمستندات التجارية. التنسيق مع وكلاء الشحن، وخطوط الشحن، ومخلصي الجمارك، والموردين، والعملاء. متابعة حالة الشحنات وتقديم تحديثات في الوقت المناسب للأطراف المعنية. ترتيب حجوزات الشحن وتنسيق جداول الاستلام والتسليم. مراجعة الفواتير، وقوائم التعبئة، وبوالص الشحن، والشهادات، والمستندات ذات الصلة. المساعدة في التخليص الجمركي وحل مشكلات التوثيق عند الحاجة. الاحتفاظ بسجلات منظمة للشحنات ومعاملات الاستيراد/التصدير. متابعة تأخيرات الشحنات، والتناقضات، ومشكلات التسليم. التنسيق مع فرق المبيعات والمستودعات والمالية والخدمات اللوجستية الداخلية. الحفاظ على متتبعات الشحنات وإعداد تقارير لوجستية دورية. ضمان إكمال التوثيق بدقة وضمن الجداول الزمنية المطلوبة. دعم الامتثال لإجراءات الشحن والجمارك وإجراءات الشركة المعمول بها.المتطلبات درجة البكالوريوس أو دبلوم في الخدمات اللوجستية، أو سلاسل الإمداد، أو التجارة الدولية، أو إدارة الأعمال، أو مجال ذي صلة. تعتبر الخبرة السابقة في الاستيراد/التصدير، أو الشحن، أو وكالات الشحن، أو الخدمات اللوجستية ميزة إضافية. معرفة وثائق الشحن وإجراءات التجارة الدولية. يفضل الإلمام بعمليات التخليص الجمركي. مهارات جيدة في الحاسب الآلي ومعرفة ببرامج MS Office/Excel. مهارات قوية في التنسيق والتواصل والمتابعة. اهتمام ممتاز بالتفاصيل وقدرات إدارة المستندات. القدرة على إدارة شحنات ومواعيد نهائية متعددة. مهارات تواصل جيدة باللغة الإنجليزية. تعد الخبرة في الخدمات اللوجستية أو الاستيراد/التصدير في الإمارات/دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي ميزة إضافية. يمكن للخريجين الجدد الحاصلين على المؤهلات ذات الصلة التقديم أيضاً.يمكن للمرشحين المهتمين إرسال سيرتهم الذاتية المحدثة عبر البريد الإلكتروني: harmanb608151@gmail.com
