<ol><li><p>Plan and manage HDD/Trenchless projects from initiation to completion.</p></li><li><p>Prepare bore path designs, drilling methodologies, and execution plans.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with clients, consultants, utility authorities, and subcontractors.</p></li><li><p>Supervise HDD site operations and drilling teams.</p></li><li><p>Review utility drawings, geotechnical reports, and project specifications.</p></li><li><p>Monitor drilling activities, drilling fluid management, and bore stability.</p></li><li><p>Ensure compliance with HSE, QA/QC, and project quality standards.</p></li><li><p>Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, procurement, and equipment mobilization.</p></li><li><p>Prepare progress reports, as-built documentation, and resolve technical issues.</p></li><li><p>Attend client meetings and ensure timely project delivery.</p></li></ol><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ol><li><p>Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.</p></li><li><p>Minimum <strong>10+ years</strong> of experience in HDD/Trenchless project management.</p></li><li><p>Strong knowledge of HDD operations, bore path design, and underground utility installations.</p></li><li><p>Experience in water, sewer, power, telecom, gas, or infrastructure projects.</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with UAE utility authority standards (DEWA, RTA, DM, etc.).</p></li><li><p>Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera P6, and Microsoft Office.</p></li><li><p>Strong leadership, communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.</p></li><li><p>UAE Driving License is preferred.</p></li><li><p><strong>Immediate joiners will be given preference.</strong></p></li></ol>
