Monitor project schedules and resource allocation.</p></li><li><p>Resolve technical issues, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.</p></li><li><p>Liaise with clients to communicate progress and provide technical support.</p></li><li><p>Manage progress reports, and site records.</p></li></ol><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ol><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering . </p></li><li><p><strong>Dubai Municipality G+1 Civil and G+1 Steel Approved Engineer (mandatory). </strong></p></li><li><p>Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Dubai, specifically in Fit outs . </p></li><li><p>Strong knowledge of UAE construction codes, DM procedures, and authority approvals.</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other civil engineering tools. </p></li><li><p>Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills. </p></li><li><p>Valid UAE driving license is preferred.</p></li></ol>
