Managers, Engineering, Procurement, Construction, QA/QC, HSE, and Commissioning teams.</p></li><li><p>Develop detailed Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), activity networks, logic relationships, durations, calendars, and resource requirements.</p></li><li><p>Establish project planning methodologies, coding structures, progress measurement systems, and schedule control <p>· Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure timely recording of all financial transactions in the accounting system. </p><p>· Prepare and post journal entries, including accruals, prepayments, provisions, and necessary adjustments. </p><p>· Maintain general ledger accounts and perform regular account reconciliations. </p><p>· Prepare monthly financial reports, including Profit & Loss Account, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement. </p><p>· Assist in monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities and preparation of management accounts. </p><p>· Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable activities, including supplier and customer account reconciliations. </p><p>· Process supplier invoices, verify supporting documents, and ensure timely payment processing. </p><p>· Monitor customer outstanding balances and follow up on receivables collection. </p><p>· Prepare bank reconciliations and investigate and resolve discrepancies. </p><p>· Prepare MIS reports and provide accurate financial information for management review. </p><p>· Assist in cash flow monitoring and preparation of periodic cash flow reports. </p><p>· Support VAT compliance activities, including VAT calculations, reconciliations, VAT return preparation, and maintaining VAT-related documentation in accordance with UAE FTA requirements. </p><p>· Assist in Corporate Tax computation, filing, and compliance requirements as per UAE Federal Tax Authority regulations. </p><p>· Maintain fixed asset registers and assist with depreciation calculations. </p><p>· Maintain inventory records, perform stock reconciliation and valuation, and monitor gross profit margins where applicable. </p><p>· Handle payroll accounting activities, including salary records, overtime calculations, and related accounting entries. </p><p>· Prepare intercompany invoices and reconcile intercompany balances. </p><p>· Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities. </p><p>· Review financial transactions to ensure accuracy, completeness, proper authorization, and compliance with company policies. </p><p>· Coordinate with external auditors and provide required schedules, reports, and supporting documents. </p><p>· Support internal audit requirements and ensure proper documentation of financial records. </p><p>· Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company procedures, and internal control policies. </p><p>· Maintain proper filing and confidentiality of financial and accounting information. </p><p>· Perform financial analysis and prepare reports to support business operations and management decision-making.</p><p> </p> </div><h2 class="h5">Skills</h2>
