About the Role The Wellness Experience Agent is responsible for, but not limited to, warmly welcoming all guests to the Spa & Wellness facility or via all means of contact points (spa concierge desk in hotel lobby, via email, telephone, and all reception desks in the wellness facility), to be knowledgeable on all services (benefits, duration, pricing) offered and all products and accessories for sale at the Spa Boutique. The Wellness Experience Agent is the first point of contact, and as such are required to acknowledge all guests, maintain an approachable, friendly and professional demeanor, ask questions and inquire about guests sensitive and personal information, and then accurately make all reservations, check guests in and out, ensure accurate billing, seamlessly co-ordinate and communicate guest requests and movement within the facility, and deliver a 5 star guest experience. Key Duties and Responsibilities <ul> <li>To warmly welcome all guests via various contact points, engage, be approachable, actively listen, and have a very open, personable personality.</li> <li>Must be confident to work in a fast-paced environment but appear calm, and handle and communicate on a variety of very personal issues or medical concerns without judgement or reaction. Must be able to systematically and methodically process information and then co-ordinate multiple tasks and actions between guests and spa colleagues.</li> <li>Must genuinely enjoy assisting and helping guests get the most out of their spa experience, from beginning to end and beyond.</li> <li>Must have good telephone skills and follow telephone etiquette and call structure required at the spa.</li> <li>To ensure they learn, retain and be able to explain all services details offered at the Spa, Salon and Fitness Centre – duration, pricing, features and benefits and be able to make recommendations or help guests connect their needs and wants with services offered.</li> <li>To ensure they learn, retain and be able to explain all products and accessories at the Spa, Salon and Fitness boutique to recommend the best home care products and routines for guests and achieve set sales targets each month.</li> <li>To ensure they communicate effectively all detailed information to therapists and attendants that they have gained from guests, so the guest never has to re-explain the same information and so that preparation can be made for the guest in advance.</li> <li>Must be aware and cognizant of maintaining an extremely neat, organized workspace, being vigilant in maintaining guests’ data information privacy always.</li> <li>Be meticulous with the input of guest information into the spa software system and ensure accurate billing.</li> <li>Ensure to keep confidentiality of all guest information.</li> <li>Assist in the operations of all spa departments as required: including boutique, inventory, changing rooms and spa relaxation areas and be flexible in changing work locations as scheduled.</li> <li>Report dysfunctional equipment to Manager or Director, Wellness and input into HOTSOS, liaise with facilities team.</li> <li> To maintain inventory of supplies, spa menu’s and collateral for the operations of the spa reception, ensuring aroma and ambience of the workspace is always set up to welcome guests.</li> <li>Will be expected to assist various demonstrations and events.</li> <li>To maintain a high standard of appearance and personal hygiene as lay down by the Director, Wellness.</li> <li>Required attendance to a variety of trainings and workshops.</li> <li>Must have the ability to courteously interact and answer all hotel related questions with guests.</li> <li>To be adaptable and accountable for all actions.</li> <li>Responsible for all administrative procedures to ensure that the spa is run professionally and in accordance with Health and Safety policy.</li> <li>Ensure the completion of confirmation phone calls, emails and messages for the next business day</li> <li>Print confirmation letters and pull files for the next business day.</li> <li>To communicate all messages promptly and to keep the Manager-On-Duty informed as to any complaints.</li> <li>To organize appointment scheduling to maximize use of time and profitability whilst ensuring that the client needs are of first importance.</li> <li>To assist in the smooth flow of the guest journey throughout the day.</li> <li>To perform opening and closing duties.</li> <li>To have a thorough understanding of spa system (SpaSoft), it’s capabilities and to record additional information as required by the Wellness Director.</li> <li>To keep an accurate log on any turn-away guests and maintain an active waiting list for all spa & fitness services.</li> <li>Prepare gift certificates, gift cards and make pre-payment arrangements.</li> <li>To attend daily line-ups, weekly and monthly spa meetings.</li> <li>Perform any tasks as assigned by the Management.</li> <li>Be flexible in working schedules as per resort requirements.</li> <li>Comply with the Spa Grooming Policy and maintain personal hygiene while embodying a healthy lifestyle.</li> <li>Smoking (including e cigarettes and vaping) is prohibited by all Spa Division employees whilst on duty including while on breaks.</li> <li>As role models for a healthy lifestyle, personal wellbeing is paramount – general fitness, adequate rest, positive outlook.</li> </ul> About You  <ul> <li>Previous experience in either a high-end day spa, resort or hotel spa, or alternatively, prior work history in front office, guest relations, club lounge, hotel reservations or similar environment highly regarded. About The Role Deel IT manages the full device lifecycle for Deel's global workforce: procurement, shipping, device support, and returns across 100+ countries and a network of 50+ couriers and suppliers. It's a high-stakes internal operation where SLAs are real, complexity is everywhere, and the cost of failure is visible across the whole company. We have two core platforms in place that handle real, global complexity across all 100+ countries: an internal admin platform and a supplier platform that manages our network of 50+ couriers and vendors. These platforms touch warehouse operations, logistics, procurement, and manage the full marketplace coordination. They work. They handle scale. The next phase is twofold. First, we automate the manual workflows that still exist on top of and around these platforms. We digitize and AI-ify our current processes so humans aren't doing work that could be automated. Second, we expand what suppliers can do through the platform itself, so they can take on more complexity and we can offload more work to them. Right now they want to do more but don't have the platform structure to make it happen. That's the opportunity. We're hiring a Staff PM to own the Operations product surface and drive that automation and expansion agenda. The scope is large. The engineering capacity is there (growing from 8 to 18). The operational complexity is real. What's needed is someone who can look at the sprawling landscape (logistics, device lifecycle, IT support, supplier networks, SLAs, platforms, data) and come back with an opinionated roadmap about what automation moves the needle most, how to unlock supplier capacity, what ships next, and why. You won't be handed a pre-defined backlog to execute. You won't get heavy direction on what to build. You'll operate with real autonomy. Define what good looks like across on-time device delivery rate, IT support ticket response time, revenue per operations headcount, and revenue per engineering headcount. You'll build dashboards and early-warning systems that surface SLA risk before it becomes a crisis. You'll track them live and close the gaps relentlessly. Translate complexity into clean, well-scoped work. You'll sit between four worlds: frontline operations (messy, data-rich, constraint-heavy); engineering (clear-headed, velocity-focused); suppliers (incentive-aligned but distributed); and finance (outcome-focused). You'll take the complexity and translate it into clean, well-scoped work that engineering can execute fast. You'll maintain a tight feedback loop so you learn quickly when you're wrong. This will involve undertaking field visits, investigations, data collection, planning, hydraulic modeling, master planning, design development, report writing, preparation of tender documents, technical specifications and BOQs. <ul><li>Support engineering design activities for power projects, substations, utility buildings, and associated infrastructure.</li><li>Prepare, develop, and review engineering drawings, layouts, calculations, specifications, schedules, and technical documents.</li><li>Review project requirements, tender documents, client specifications, applicable codes, and site conditions to establish design requirements.</li><li>Coordinate design activities with Civil, Structural, Electrical, MEP, BIM, Planning, Procurement, Construction, and QA/QC teams.</li><li>Develop design solutions that are technically sound, practical, cost-effective, and suitable for construction.</li><li>Prepare and update detailed design drawings, layouts, sections, details, schematics, and engineering documentation.</li><li>Review and coordinate multidisciplinary drawings to identify design clashes, interface issues, and inconsistencies.</li><li>Assist in preparing engineering calculations, design reports, material specifications, BOQs, and technical schedules.</li><li>Ensure design deliverables comply with approved project specifications, applicable international standards, UAE regulations, authority requirements, and client standards.</li><li>Review design inputs received from clients, consultants, vendors, and other engineering disciplines.</li><li>Coordinate with site teams to understand existing conditions and incorporate site requirements into design solutions.</li><li>Prepare and respond to RFIs, technical queries, design clarifications, and site-related engineering issues.</li><li>Review shop drawings, material submittals, vendor drawings, technical data, and other contractor submissions.</li><li>Assist in evaluating design changes, deviations, and proposed alternatives and provide appropriate technical recommendations.</li><li>Participate in design review meetings, technical coordination meetings, constructability reviews, and value engineering workshops.</li><li>Conduct design checks to ensure accuracy, completeness, constructability, and compliance with project requirements.</li><li>Coordinate with BIM teams to ensure engineering information is correctly incorporated into coordinated BIM models where applicable.</li><li>Support preparation and updating of as-built drawings and final engineering documentation.</li><li>Maintain design registers, drawing registers, document revisions, technical submissions, and engineering records.</li><li>Ensure all design deliverables are issued in accordance with project document-control procedures and approved schedules.</li><li>Coordinate with procurement teams to provide technical information required for material and equipment procurement.</li><li>Support technical evaluation of supplier and vendor proposals, drawings, and documentation.</li><li>Assist project teams during construction by resolving design-related technical issues and providing timely engineering support.</li><li>Conduct site visits and inspections when required to verify design conditions and construction requirements.</li><li>Monitor engineering deliverables and highlight potential design-related risks or delays to senior engineers and project management.</li><li>Support preparation of technical specifications, tender documentation, BOQs, and scope-of-work documents.</li><li>Assist in reviewing variations, additional works, design changes, and technical inputs for commercial assessments.</li><li>Maintain compliance with company engineering procedures, quality requirements, HSE considerations, and professional standards.</li><li>Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and designers as required.</li><li>Identify opportunities for design optimization, value engineering, constructability improvement, and cost reduction.</li></ul>Desired Candidate Profile<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, MEP Engineering, or a related discipline, depending on the design specialization.</li><li>Typically 3–7 years of relevant engineering design experience, preferably within power, infrastructure, EPC, or large-scale construction projects.</li><li>Good understanding of engineering design principles, construction methodologies, technical specifications, and applicable standards.</li><li>Experience preparing and reviewing engineering drawings, calculations, specifications, BOQs, and technical documentation.</li><li>Ability to interpret multidisciplinary engineering drawings and coordinate design interfaces.</li><li>Experience with design software relevant to the discipline, such as AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, STAAD .
