Expert Technical Execution (Hands-on) :</b></p><p>1) Personally lead or supervise complex troubleshooting of advanced mechanical issues (e.g., fuel systems, engine performance) and electronic/control systems (e.g., PCC, Deep Sea, AVRs, governors, synchronization).</p><p>2) Plan, scope, and manage major overhaul projects, both on-board vessels and in the workshop, ensuring all tolerances and procedures are met.</p><p>3) Oversee and sign off on the commissioning of new and repaired generator sets, including load bank testing and sea trials.</p><p><b>4.
