<p>The Reliability Engineering Maintenance Planner is responsible for asset performance management and spares management, preventative/condition based maintenance planning. They are the site SME for the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)<br>As the RME Planner, you will develop maintenance plans and schedules using recurring preventive maintenance activities, predictive maintenance data, and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators). Your work will include screening APM (Asset Performance Management) work orders, auditing equipment to document work requirements and quality, and estimating labor hours, materials, tools, and equipment for all assigned work orders to support a proactive, reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) program. You will collaborate directly with maintenance management, service technicians, and vendors to plan, coordinate, and schedule proactive maintenance activities during available downtime windows. <p>The Merchandise Planner is responsible for supporting the commercial success of Tryano’s Women’s and Men’s categories through effective merchandise planning, managing OTB, forecasting, inventory management, and performance analysis. <h4>What you’ll need to succeed</h4>

<li>3–5 years of experience in Merchandise Planning, Merchandise Financial Planning, or a similar commercial planning role.</li>
<li>Previous experience within fashion retail is preferred, ideally across multiple categories; beauty retail experience will also be considered where strong merchandise planning expertise is demonstrated.</li>

• F&B Knowledge: The Service Center Agent has to ensure his/her full knowledge about the hotel outlets and menus. . The Solution Centre Officer must know on a daily basis the dishes of the day and have a good knowledge of Room service menu with all characteristics.<br>
• F&B Order: The Service Center Agent will be attentive to get all details of a Room Service order, asking the accurate questions. All will be carefully recorded in a logbook and the full details will be given to the Room Service staff. The Service Center Agent will then ensure that the order is sent on time and reconfirm with the guest if it is reaching his expectations<br>
• Housekeeping Follow up: He/she will as well answer all guest requests regarding the housekeeping issues. He/she will then ensure that he/she understands properly the request and will record the full details in the Logbook. The role is the working link between the BIM supervisor, who carries the accountability for the group, and the technicians who produce the work.
