<strong>Job Overview</strong><br>The Capillary Supervisor is the on-site leader responsible for the safe, efficient, and technically correct execution of all capillary string installation, retrieval, and chemical injection operations. This role serves as the primary point of contact for the client and is accountable for the performance and safety of the full crew. <p>The HoReCa Supervisor is responsible for driving consistent and profitable sales growth within the HoReCa channel through close interaction with customers, distributors, and prospects. The role supports the development and execution of channel strategies, leads negotiations, and ensures strong market penetration to achieve both short- and long-term commercial objectives in line with Ferrero priorities.</p><br><br>
