The ideal candidate will have extensive UAE experience in luxury high-rise developments, mixed-use residential and commercial projects, villas, and townhouse developments. This role requires strong expertise in both pre-contract and post-contract commercial management, cost planning, tendering, procurement, and cost control throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Pre-Contract Responsibilities Prepare detailed quantity take-offs in accordance with standard methods of measurement. Develop and review Bills of Quantities (BOQs), cost plans, and cost estimates for all stages of project development. Prepare cost estimates for concept, schematic, and detailed design stages. Quantity Surveyor – Civil Engineer<br>Specialization: Infrastructure, Deep Utilities & Enabling Works<br>Position Overview<br>We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor – Civil Engineer with strong experience in infrastructure, deep utilities, and enabling works to join our project team. The successful candidate will be responsible for quantity surveying, cost control, measurement, valuation, subcontract management, and commercial administration throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate should have solid technical knowledge of civil and infrastructure works, including roads, earthworks, drainage, sewerage, stormwater networks, water supply, irrigation, utility networks, and associated enabling works.<br>Key Responsibilities<br>Quantity Surveying & Measurement Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQ), quantity take-offs, and detailed measurements.
