<p>We are seeking an experienced <strong>Land Surveyor</strong> to support the successful execution of high-rise building projects. This role is available for immediate joining and is hiring on a temporary to permanent basis as an initial 6 month contract position, outsourced through J10 Consulting, with the option to transfer to staff after 6 months to suit all parties.
Key Responsibilities:
• To administer all contractual matters pertaining to the Main Contract and Subcontracts and to keep the project Manager appraised concerning such contractual matters.
• Measurement and proper settlement of subcontract accounts in accordance with company procedures and provisions of the Contract.
• Ensuring timely submission of interim valuations and expediting timely receipt of certificates and payments.
• To liaise with proposed nominated subcontractors, prepare risk analysis for management review.
