Position Summary<br><br>The Specialist – Marketing and Media is responsible for handling media communication activities and aligns all communications across HCT to ensure consistent messages are being conveyed to the public. He/she is responsible for the maintenance of social media accounts and websites and for maintaining contacts with local media to ensure the release of positive media coverage.<br><br>Main Responsibilities<br><br>Develop HCT’s media communication activities (e.g. speeches, press releases, media briefings, brochures, news conferences, publications, advertisements, promotions, events, digital marketing, etc.) and align all communications across HCT and the entirety of its functions, to maintain that consistent messages are being conveyed to the public. Identify key media channels to build relationships with. Develop and update HCT’s website and social media content based on the different functions’ activities and initiatives. Maintain social media accounts and websites, ensuring that a professional and consistent image is established across the social media network. Post news regarding HCT services, activities and announcements on social media platforms. Store and archive website and social media content and maintain access to data as and when required. Respond to stakeholders’ inquiries, suggestions and complaints on social media platforms in coordination with appropriate functions and campuses across HCT. Resolve any technical problems or issues regarding HCT website and social media accounts through coordination with IT.

The Land Surveyor is also responsible for acquiring and storing all as-built data and updating the construction drawings. Key Accountabilities Maintain schedule of tasks as per priority. Study the project drawing to arrange the needs for surveying requirement. Present survey data to technical office engineer and advising about surveying work where the construction plans are viable. Draft drawing and maps using surveying programs, computer aided design software and other cartographic techniques. Coordinate with sub-contractors to initiate their work as required. Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills BSc, BEng, BA or equivalent 5 + years relevant working experience in well-established Contracting Companies in GCC.
