You will lead implementation, configuration, and optimization of e Front for our alternative investment clients, acting as a bridge between business needs and technical execution.<br>Key Responsibilities :*Lead end-to-end e Front implementations across private equity and real estate portfolios.*Customize and configure e Front modules for fund management, investor reporting, and performance analytics.*Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications.*Liaise with cross-functional teams to drive system enhancements and resolve issues.*Provide training, documentation, and ongoing support to users.*Manage stakeholder communications and foster collaboration across finance, tech, and operations.*Ensure system compliance, data integrity, and performance optimization.<br>Role Requirements and Qualifications:*Minimum 7 years of experience with e Front and investment management platforms.*Solid grasp of private markets, including fund structures, waterfall models, and carried interest logic.*Strong hands-on skills with data migration, configuration, reporting tools, and SQL.*Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.*Proven experience delivering projects on time and within budget.*Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).*Experience integrating e Front with Aladdin or other enterprise systems.*Background in consulting, client-facing roles, or working with multinational teams.*Certifications in e Front or related platforms are a plus.
