JOB PURPOSE: <br>The purpose of the RO Process Engineer is; <br> To ensure the safe and efficient operation of the SWRO plant related to process and chemicals in order to <br>achieve commercial targets within the strict environmental and contractual limits; <br> To establish and monitor the station's water treatment, water chemistry, RO plant performance and <br>environmental performance, including the development and continuous improvement of operating and <br>maintenance procedures and practices, setting standards and reviewing real time performance indicators <br>against the Environmental Approvals and other agreed guidelines and parameters; <br> To work along with the Operations and Maintenance Teams, ensures a lifecycle management approach is <br>taken with regard to Operations and Maintenance Practices on Water Treatment and RO Plants. <br> To ensure compliance of flow & quality, Optimize the process in terms of reliability and costs of chemicals/ <br>power consumption</p><br><p>During O&M Period / post COD of plant; <br> This key role is responsible for making accurate, timely decisions affecting plant processes and performance, <br>with collaboration from the O&M Manager when required.
